What’s ‘Willpower’?

‘Willpower’ is our term for voice exercises on short Shakespearean texts.

This language demands commitment from speech muscles. So, speaking Shakespeare aloud gives articulators the equivalent of a gym workout.

‘Willpower’ also explores emotions in text and their effects on the speaker.

And it is a launchpad for exploring rhetoric – in speeches ranging from ”Friends, Romans, Countrymen…”  to “Once more unto the breach…”
